Privacy Policy
Search-To-Phone™ fully recognizes that privacy is a critical issue and is the most important aspect of almost any online endeavor. We have designed the Search-To-Phone service with critical privacy protection at the center of our goals in order to create a safe search environment. Herein states the details of the types of personal information we gather when you use the Search-To-Phone service, as well as some of the procedures we use to secure it and, ultimately, remove it from our servers. Wherever applicable, Search-To-Phone uses the strongest encryption technology allowed under Federal Law.
The following principles apply to the personal information we ask for and that you provide.
In order to successfully connect you to a provider of the goods and services you are looking for, the patent-pending Search-To-Phone search technology requires some personal information. Your browser makes available some non-personal information that Search-To-Phone may also collect (such as your browser type, your browser language and your I.P. address).
In order to continue to develop and deliver this technology in the future, Search-To-Phone may require one or more cookies that may identify you.
Our provider services require providers to register for an account. Search-To-Phone asks you for some personal information and credit information in order to create an account and we will use that information to provide the service. For these types of services, we may request credit card or other payment information which we send directly to the J.P. Morgan Chase Company for authorization, validation and storage in encrypted form on secure servers.
Any information you share with the Search-To-Phone system becomes the sole property of Search-To-Phone's parent company, WeBe Yellow, Inc. Information including but not limited to entered text and recorded queries remain encrypted on secure servers and is only shared with other companies to the extent that sharing this information may fulfill your request as submitted to Search-To-Phone. However, the need may arise to share your information in the following circumstances: We may provide personal information to third party entities to process information for billing, reporting, statistics and/or general aggregation. In this event, all third party companies are held to the standards as set forth in the most updated version of this document and only when we've verified that the appropriate confidentiality and security measures have been taken. We may also provide personal information if, either in good faith or required by law, we believe such disclosure is necessary to avoid harm to Search-To-Phone, its concerns, rights or property or the general public.
We may, at our discretion, immediately send information associated with what we deem as fraudulent uses of the system directly to the appropriate government agencies and law enforcement authorities for investigation and possible prosecution.
In improving our products or services, Search-To-Phone might require that some personal information be shared within the Search-To-Phone company. With the exceptions as stated in this document, no other disclosures of your personal information may be made. By using the Search-To-Phone service, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal information in the United States and/or any other country where Search-To-Phone and it's affiliates operate. We will notify you if Search-To-Phone is sold or transferred to another entity where this privacy policy might be superceded and before such a transfer takes place.
Aggregated information (such as the number of general searches, number of specific searches, the number of connections, etc.) may be shared with our providers or others.
To protect the theft of, or unauthorized access to this sensitive information, we take the strongest precautions allowed under Federal Law. Only our employees and those employees of our partners who have a need to access your information with regards to operating, developing or improving Search-To-Phone will be given permission to view, edit or otherwise alter your personal information.
For Users: To update or correct your personal information, please call Search-To-Phone directly.
For Providers: To update or correct your information please log in to your account. We have provided a secure system for you to make necessary changes to all aspects of your online profile.
Periodically this Privacy Policy is subject to change without individual notice and may result in slight variations to specific aspects. However, our core goal is to gain the trust of the public by protecting your privacy as our first order of business. In the event of a change to this policy, whether slight or significant, the new policy will be posted here.
