What is Search-To-Phone?
Search-To-Phone is a voice-enabled, automated Yellow Pages search engine where your specific needs for a local product or service always finds a human solution. We like to think of it as a personal search assistant. Tell us once, in your own words, what you're looking for and Search-To-Phone will find the right person to help you.

Is Search-To-Phone really free to use?
YES. All searches are free whether they begin online or by using our special toll-free number. The Search-To-Phone service and the telephone connection to the merchants are free. You don't pay anything. However if you use your mobile phone, airtime charges may apply. Check with your mobile provider.

How do you keep my phone number PRIVATE?
Search-To-Phone never reveals your phone number to anyone at any time including the merchants you're connected with. We do this by always being in the middle. We call you so you can record your request and then we call merchants and broadcast your request. Once we find a merchant who can help you, WE call you back and bridge the two calls together. Neat, huh?

If I know the name of a merchant or business... can Search-To-Phone help me?
Search-To-Phone was built as a solution for those circumstances where a specific company isn't necessary but a particular product or service is required. For example, you may not care which towing company comes to fix your flat tire, as long as they come right away.

Are your merchants pre-screened?
Search-To-Phone uses the public Yellow Pages to instantly find merchants who can assist you. Our service is geared towards making multiple calls on your behalf and immediately connecting you to merchants who can help with your specific needs. As with any dealings you have with the public, you should exercise prudence.

I tried using Search-To-Phone, but the system tells me my query is invalid. Why?
The Search-To-Phone system is limited to certain requests. For example, a search for 'dogs' is invalid but a search for 'pet supplies' is okay. Also, the system only allows you to make one search request at a time and prohibits usage from telephone numbers it has deemed abusive. If you feel you've received this message in error, please contact us. Be sure to give us the time and date of your search request and the phone number you used.

I'm a merchant who received a call from Search-To-Phone... what should I do?
Search-To-Phone is a live system. It searches the local Yellow Pages to find merchants to assist our users right away. If you receive a call from us, listen to the search request then, if you want to speak with the user, simply press '1' on your telephone keypad.

I'm a merchant who received a call from Search-To-Phone... was I charged for the call?
If this is the first time you received a call from Search-To-Phone you have not been charged. The first time you agree to be connected, and have actually spoken with one of our users, you will be contacted by a Search-To-Phone operator to collect your company information. After which, each time you agree to be connected to one of our users you will be charged automatically - just like a collect call.

How do I get back in touch with a Search-To-Phone user?
Search-To-Phone users are anonymous, so if you didn't get the phone number from the user, you cannot get it from us. To learn more, please read our strict Privacy Policy.

I would like to stop receiving calls from Search-To-Phone. How do I do this?
The next time we call, simply press '3' to add your phone number to our 'Do Not Call' list. Please be advised, this option is permanent and irreversible.
